Better late than never, say I!
I'll admit, that I've never watched or even cracked the spine of a Harry Potter movie or novel. As an english lit studied gal, and as a bonafide lover of children's and adolescent lit, this is a travesty. Well noted by many of my peers and friends - they just can't believe I haven't found the love. Which isn't to say I haven't wanted to - I knew that I would love the books and movies but graduate school usually doesn't allow time for fun reading. This weekend, I watched my first movie and I love! I can't wait to read the books. I think I'll save it for this summer and just order the whole set off of Amazon or Ebay or something!
I've also become the last person on the planet who has become addicted to American Idol and Lost. Like I said, I'm a few years too late - but here I am.
Otherwise:
Our house is a mess. Complete mess. Moving and packing and a sink full of dishes makes me go argghhh. However, hubby is home today and hopefully taking care of it.
Score! I finally hit up the TJMaxx in our area which did have a GREAT selection of VV and Lilly P. However, while the Lilly prices are AMAZING, I can't justify buying them at this moment - I just hope the peeps as TJ kept it coming.
Just loving this spring weather...loving it!

You're ahead of me...I just started watching CSI last year. I try not to get into tv shows, because if I love it, it's sure to get cancelled.
I don't watch American Idol or any of the Housewives (Orange County, New York or Desperate!), no reality tv or any of those contests, so I don't have a whole lot to talk about when the subject turns to pop culture.
I am so boring.
I read HP a few years after everyone, but yeah...I was hooked after the first ten pages. They are GREAT reads, but you must have time to devote to them. You won't be able to put them down!
I didn't read HP until this past December. I always saw the movies, but never read the books. I loved them all and finished them within 1.5 weeks! You def need to read them when you have time!
You are not the last person on earth to read Harry Potter. I have not read or seen one of them.
My entire family has read the series and loved them. I guess I shoudl get on the bandwagon and read them. I love to read I just seem to find otherbooks that alwasy come before Harry Potter.

Love the HP books. Have read them all over and over. I cried when I finished the last one (the day after it was released) because I knew that I would never again have the experience of sitting down and reading one for the first time.

I'm one of those 'stand in line at midnight the night the books are released' type of people. Love HP.
And I love hearing about another person who's discovered Lost. It's truly an amazing show. Better late than never :)
