What a weekend, I'm ashamed to say that I can't party down like I used to, or should I say, I can't recover like I used to be able! Lots of wine and mimosas this weekend in Savannah. Our loft (which was amazing) was right above the Banana Republic in downtown Sav. I could really live like that, just run in BR when I need a quick outfit. We had a wonderful time, my cousin was so excited and happy about her weekend. We shopped and ate and partied. The best part of the weekend, though, in my opinion was the Ghost Tour Pub Crawl. You meet in a bar, get a beer and have a tour guide who tells you ghost stories, funny stories about eccentric locals and wacky rumors - it was so much fun! I would def. recommend to anyone going to Savannah, for about 10$ you get to see a good part of the downtown, visit some great bars and listen to some crazy stories. We ended at the Marshall House - which is a lovely B&B with a great restaurant and bar. Great interior with great SCAD (Savannah College of Art & Design) everywhere.
In other news, this is a busy week for ( I mean really, when is it not a busy week) esp. now that I've realized I'll be gone pretty much every weekend in March and a few in April. Some friends of ours are hosting a St. Patty's day engagement party for us (FI's family is Irish - so its a great theme), complete with green beer and all of the works & we are so excited. But, I'm having trouble finding a great green outfit that says "YES Wear ME, I'm Perfect!" It's going to be more on the side of casual and I've found a few tops that I like but nothing that I'm excited about.

What a great idea! My husband and I may be venturing back to Savannah for our 1 yr. anniversary in May, since it is 40 min. from our wedding location, we can stop by there too! This would be a lot of fun to do while we are there.
On the other hand, how can I not take a challenge for a green outfit for an e-party? E-mail me and we can talk specifics and I can see what I can do tomorrow on my day off! :)Green is my favorite color, so it will be fun.
